The Swissphone ITC2500 has new and advanced software functions form the “heart” of the new high-end POCSAG base station. The ITC 2500 stands for the new generation of digital paging base stations which are optimally equipped for nationwide and/or local alerting. Equipped with the new and modern GT16R controller, the ITC 2500 facilitates additional functionality and provides a considerable amount of additional power compared to its predecessor. Coupled with up to 7 digital inputs and 8 outputs, it is ideally suited for today’s and future IoT applications. Thanks to the already existing plug-in slot for an LTE SIM card, it is already today LTE-ready. The powerful controller and the backward compatibility of the ITC 2500 with its predecessors guarantee future-proof applications and the best possible investment protection.
The Swissphone I.SEARCH alarm server monitors, informs, alarms, connects and seeks. The radio-based informations system I.SEARCH is designed as a building block system and is expandable in many different ways. The open system offers a large choice of interfaces to various input modules, which can be connected according to preference. The system can easily be integrated in all IT and telecommunications systems.
Alarms can be sent via a paging / SMS gateway or via a separate radio network. Large industrial sites can be covered with only one transmitting station. For more complex building structures, several transmitters can be connected. This results in a single frequency network that guarantees a problem-free reception in overlapping areas. The simple networking of several alarm servers via LAN makes it possible to extend the same paging system to several company areas.
Integrated monitoring functions continuously verify the radio network as well as the hardware and software of the I.SEARCH system. Any occurring errors can be transmitted to other systems. To increase availability, the I.SEARCH system can be deployed redundantly: escalation, absence and shift schedule management support resource planning. The I.SEARCH alarm server is available in various form factors, which allows an optimal integration into its environment.
The Swissphone I.CAST is an on-site or wide area voice alerting and messaging solution, with applications for healthcare, public safety and industry. I.CAST can run either as an independent system or a high-availability fallback network. It allows simulcast analogue voice broadcasts.
The Swissphone ITC300 is a POCSAG transmitter for local alarm systems. It is particularly well-suited for quick alarming and for transmitting instructions. You can directly connect up to three switch contacts (keys) to the ITC300 and program them with a pre-defined message.
The Paging Network Controller (PNC) is the core of critical communication infrastructure. The possibility to deploy two redundant instances ensures the highest possible availability. It consists of the following software modules:
The Paging Operations is responsible for the whole alerting job chain. Incoming paging messages from the input systems through TMIP interface are queued, batched and sent to the dispatching stage. The Dispatcher controls the distribution of the paging data as well as the base station configuration and monitoring confirmation data to and from the base stations. Additional features like message priority, automatic message repetition, message input cap, overload mode, encryption capability, complement the Paging Operations.
The Structure Configurator features the simple and safe configuration of the whole paging network. Additional features include easy drag-and-drop functionality as well as a configuration manager which allows you to save and restore different network configurations.
The OMC monitors base station parameters and all PNC instances by receiving and handling system alarms and events which can be relayed via paging, email, SNMP, Modbus, SMS, to service staff.
The DAG and Touch DAG digital alarms provide a secure and reliable alerting system in alarm networks. The DAG III digital alarm (BOS compliance DAG III 08/95) consists of a Siemens industrial PC, DIGICOM-NT user software and the Windows 10 operating system. The DiCal-Touch is a digital alarm signaler for redundant and easy alarm input with a panel PC and a 12-inch or 15-inch touch screen. It can be used alone or as a system solution and serves as a backup for when there is a system failure in the control center.
